Ingredients :
Bread : 5 slices
Milk : 1 cup
Egg : 1
Sugar : 2 tbsp
Butter : 1 Tbsp.

Method:
  1. Beat together egg, milk and sugar to a batter.
  2. Heat a pan and spread a Little butter.
  3. Dip a slice of bread in the batter and fry till golden Brown turning it once on either side.
  4. Careful not to break the bread.

Making Time: 15 minutes.

Serves: 1 person.

Shelflife: 1 day( Best Fresh).

Note: It is easy and healthy recipe. Can be used as breakfast or evening snack.
