Ingredients:
400 gms Flour
100 gms Desi ghee
Salt to taste
Oil for frying.
Method:
- Add ghee and salt to flour and mix it well.
- Add water and make dough till it turns smooth.
- Cut it into pieces and roll out it to make small and thick discs .
- Heat the oil and fry each disc till it turns golden brown.
- Serve it with pickle.
Making Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4 persons
Shelflife: 2 days.
Note: To preserve it for more than 1 day, store it in air-tight container.
